Apparently Freo stated on trade radio that their pick 61 will go to Geelong for Kersten (according to Geelong board)
This leaves 35 and 43 on the table, meaning they might try and get away with only offering 43 for Hamling. That would really suck from our perspective.

Don't agree he was pushed out by Picken. He played in the same side as him and Wallis in pretty much all his games this year and last. Was more pushed out by Dunkley and Jong. And I think his exposed form is much better than both. Think Koby is a better player than many are giving him credit for and he still is yet to hit his prime.
Dunkley just had a season as good as any first year player I can remember - including bonts. Toby has repeatedly struggled against the best teams and that is his "exposed" form.

Many of us would be pleased to retain Toby but his not top 22 anymore. He may be better then Jong but for all his failings Jong continues to improve year on year and does nt go missing in big games as Toby has too often.

Toby's upside is exposed and it's ok. But even hrovat has more upside and if he can avoid his tendency to get injured he should go on to have quite a good career.

Full respect to Toby but on the available evidence - if someone must go - it should be him.

His attitude the last 6-8 weeks was not where it should have been and it effected his performances on field... He had every opportunity to show he was good enough during that time and failed miserably imo..
Hard to tell whether it was attitude, confidence or injury and I'm not a fan of speculating as it can come across as disrespectful.

he has always been really nice to me when I've talked to him, think the saints have done well this trade period. have a nice list forming, I still have some questions on their forward line though.

Have a look at the replay of the grand final 30 seconds to go before half time

No surprise , but Koby looked a bit disinterested late in the season .
Hard nut, but an ordinary with the ball in hand .Tends to give off a suicidal handball or two as well . His decision making is just average as well

By Toby i'm sure you mean Koby.

I'm pretty sure of it.

Look I didn't think i'd see a premiership in my life time so anything's possible.

But surely you dont mean Toby Maclean, premiership warrior.

* cat amongst the pigeons post *

We've two-ruckman injuries away from struggling. If we add another one to our list I'd be much more comfortable.

You forgot about this man...

Probably saw the writing on the wall. Hard to maintain enthusiasm if you know you're on the outer. Sorry it didn't work out for you at the Bullgods and good luck for the future.

9 Hit-outs as third man up in the Grand Final to go with is 100% efficiency by foot?

I still want another big guy...
