FTR, 13 for an uncontracted Gibbs is fair. 13 and the Lyons pick/our 2017 2nd for a contracted Gibbs is also fair.

Well it is not lie the Blues are not talking to the Crows and will only talk to Gibbs management only if they come up with an acceptable offer.

Lyons is an average pie, definitely edible but there's 2/3 of it left.
The draft pick is a mystery pie, it could be good or it could be bad, but you get the whole pie.

I think Carlton feels the same way; which is why they basically said he's very much required unless something super sweet was on offer to pry him loose. Don't think there will be much duress should he stay. Player is happy at the club, just saw an opportunity to get the wife & kid back around family and took a shot at it. If a deal didn't get done on the back of a "take it or leave it" offer from the Crows, I'd think Gibbs would be more disappointed with them than he would be with Carlton.

Fine it's an opinion . Not sure we would lose sleep if he was upset with us for not rating him as 2 1st rounders .

LOL - we're a younger side than Carlton, and Thompson is our only 30 year old. It'll be five years or more before you get near us.

Wait until we finally play Carlton at home !!!! If Gibbs makes the move let's see if the AFL is consistent and has double up fixture like they have since tippo and danger left
