It was not announced anywhere that Gibbs would be playing for the crows next year.

Mate I'm devastated by this. I was 100% certain based on this source who is very very informed about AFCs dealings. Makes me wonder what happened behind the scenes.

Glad we set our price and walked away.

If Gibbs really wanted to move, he could have been more public and moved the process along. He was silent and he is the one that has to deal with the outcome.

At least we have reasonable cash to roll forward for free agents next year and still think we can pick up Gibbs much cheaper next year.

Of course we should have had a set price and walked away. But we should have also had other deals in case of this situation... No Plan B and that sucks
