With the events of the weekend, Lever must be wondering why on earth should he go to an arrogant rabble basket case of a club! Sometimes you have to ask yourself whether the money is worth being miserable. If you can't rely on your team mates to not get suspended and play disciplined footy, to put in the hard work, why the hell would anyone want to play for them.

It's hard for me to gauge the trade worth here. On one hand that deal looks like massive overs for us, one the other hand if a club wants to pay $850k they the contract demands those assets.

If they actually value Leaver they will.

Scharenberg looked good this year, imagine what he would look like in a proper AFL environment.
