Is he an MCC Overseas Member, or is he, like me, a Full MCC Member who resides overseas?

If he's maintained Full MCC Membership, he can scan and walk in.

If he's an Overseas Member, he must apply for a ticket to the Reserve as per the following;

It's unlikely that there will be any General Admission areas for the Prelim finals and if they are they will most likely be 'up in the nosebleeds'.

If you are not a club member, I'd suggest being online as soon as the Public Tickets go on sale (2pm Monday).
