Skinny.
Contested ball finding skills are just developing (but at a fast rate).
Is he a mid or a forward?
Has an ugly field kicking style which might come undone with AFL pressure.

Definitely looks like the tarranto of last year. Will probably rip up the combine and go at 2 or 3.

Stole this of the drafts board posted by a * fan.........
"Imagine finishing on the bottom next year and getting one of King, Lukosius, Rankine aswell as Thomas that would fast track your rise back up the ladder. At Simpkin from last year and potentially Stephenson this year and the team is then full of exciting/matchwinning talent".
I'll be back in five minutes
wont get to us....The buzz is building with Stephenson. Won't get past us.
Thanks...I was half viewing it on my phone from your earlier link. Worked on my phone. Might be some 'mobile' type link if you grabbed it while on a mobile device. So I will watch it in full on my PC now...so thanks.
I would of went with Tarranto or McLuggage if I had number 1 pick last year. Both will be better than McGrath. McLuggage will have such a strong core in a few years and will run through lines and Tarranto has skills and great marking abilities. McGrath is just an accumulator. I am happy with Clarke on the cheap.Definitely looks like the tarranto of last year. Will probably rip up the combine and go at 2 or 3.
And not only does the above excite supporters as you said earlier NN, but how attractive does it make the club with regards to luring elite young talent from other clubs at the end of the 2019 season?
Yep..... this is it, impossible to stuff it up.Stephenson is doing what Taranto did last year, what Oliver did the year before him, Cockatoo the year before that, Bontempelli the year before that, O'Rourke the year before that, Sidebottom in 2008, etc etc.
Great performances late in the year which push them up the order. The difference this year is that we have a pick that's so high that we're still guaranteed to get a great young player.
There's a huge chance that it will be one of Dow, Rayner, Davies-Uniacke or Stephenson. All of those fit a need for us. All of those look like they'll be successful AFL footballers. All of them look like they wouldn't be out of place having their names called at #1.
If it's Stephenson, we have arguably the most talented footballer in the draft, with upside to burn, lightning pace and outside ability. I think he'll be the best footballer from the draft and if he is there at 4, then we would be stupid not to pick him.
If it's Rayner, we have who was the consensus #1 pick up until about a month ago. Dustin Martin clone. Big powerful footballer who only needs to build a tank to become a terrific AFL-level player.
If it's Dow, we have an inside-outside pure midfielder with speed and elusiveness, great hands and decision-making ability.
If it's Davies-Uniacke, we have a Bontempelli clone who will start in the backline and move his way to the midfield. Perfect height for a modern midfielder, decision-making elite. Will set up brilliantly from the backline and make us a better football team.
We can't really lose. No matter what happens we'll have a choice of one of those four, which is genuinely as close to a no-lose situation as you can get.

What about if it's cerra
Then Joyce gets the arse..What about if it's cerra
Nailed on then ayeI don't think it should be.

Works for me. I'd prefer those 3.Not a problem
That means we get Dow, LDU or Rayner
This guyWorks for me. I'd prefer those 3.
Speaking of. King Corey do you remember what rayner's big footy account was? I thought it was you that found him after he'd made 8 posts about rayner. Like a bat signal any time someone questioned his endurance.
Neither of those players are Irving Mosquito mate.

You are a wizard GR! Thank you.
