Have they got an LBW call right once this tournament?
There is a significant transparency problem with which players get released or held at certain times.

Did you watch last time Hobart played here? They had two plumb not given out.Probably not , but they have not got one as wrong as today's
The inconsistency around releasing players is frustrating, but it's incompetence, not conspiracy. It's like they realised too late just how popular BBL has become and how important it is to have your best players out there. I can see some scheduling changes next year.
But otherwise, it's just congrats to the Strikers, equal best most of the season, performed better in the finals. Good on 'em.
That the Scorchers and Canes were without Agar, Tye and Short because of international commitments, then Head gets released for his semi-final, then Head, Carey and Short for the final. It was a bit of a **** up.What inconsistency?

Renegades VS Scorchers there were a few shockersProbably not , but they have not got one as wrong as today's
OuchYou disgrace the face of Rosa Diaz/Stephanie Beatriz
For real though, I don't see anything wrong here, just wanting the best players available to push up attendance. Why they scheduled the T20 tri series now I'll never know but I doubt this was rigged.
M Waugh also helped rig it by having Sean Abbott his love child play every game and allowed to bowl at the end of the inningJake Lehmann was allowed to play every game for the Strikers during BBL 7. This is concrete evidence that Cricket Australia didn't rig the tournament for the Strikers to win the title.
Case closed.
"
Head was the only player from the 14-player Australia squad made available for the BBL semi-finals and he played a match-winning hand of 85 not out in the Strikers' thrilling final-ball victory over the Melbourne Renegades last night."
IN Tassie Lehman is know to be jealous of us , and you do not see any players in squads

He can't hear you through all the tinfoil. You do realise that Head was made available on Friday night because he wasn't playing on Saturday, don't you?

Except JL said the MOU signed by clubs and players stated that players couldn't play two games in a row. Anyone who played on Saturday was ineligible by CA's own rules from playing on Sunday. Also, why wasn't Stanlake allowed to play while the others were? The difference being Agar, Tye and Short were playing on Saturday night whereas Head wasn't. Then, with none of them playing until Wednesday, the batsman (not the bowlers) were released to play on Sunday. It's really not that complicated.
