Been thinking about Richards moving to a wing longer term. Midfield desperately needs some speed and class.

Think at the end of the season the club should seriously consider moving on a fair few players that have been stuck in our system for 4-5 years without major improvement.

Give a fresh list of mature and young players into the team to fix on our weakness

Good explosive speed, good foot skills and, most importantly, a good decision maker. Always looks for the best option. I’d love him off a wing, or just in a position to roam.

Griffen honed his craft on the HB line before becoming a mid, and plenty of HFs transition into the midfield in time.
Certainly not the worst suggestion - especially considering JJ has looked dangerous at times when moved out of the back half.

Speaking of which I thought I heard the umpire call Gowers as the stoppage ruckman at one stage against Freo.
Just checked the stats and he's listed as having 1 HO.

Dunno if it was against Sandilands but not bad anyway for a bloke who is only 187cm.

Said he looked out of the coaches box and there was Will pointing around trying to organize the forwardline and he forgot to run to the centre.

Apparently the first words of the spray were "you're not f&^%ing Bernie Quinlan..."

Believe I have bought it up previously but anybody else maybe keen on the idea of Darcy MacPherson? Good pressure forward for the Suns who unfortunately fractured his leg on the weekend and was a potential father-son recruit for us back in 2015. Played 17 games and would definitely be gettable for a low price. Only a thought.

Think Macpherson is getting a bit of the Tutt treatment in that his first couple of games were really good which makes him look better.

Agree, but don't see how. West and Khamis look like they'll hoover up the points, our best bet is to get a first round pick before the West bid so at least we have three top 50 prospects.
