Bit of Lemon Pepper on top, nuke for 30 on 220, then slow cook for 150 minutes on 180, baste in its juices, then toss in the spuds with 30 minutes left.
Custard Profiteroles (that’s the Coles variety) to make their debut.
All washed down with cleansing Carlton Drys.
