Yes we stuffed the rebuild last time badley and still got with within 3 points of a prelim in Perth without 2 of our pick 1s

so let's do it properly this time and learn from our mistakes,
1- not sell the farm for a messiah
2- not draft 6 spuds in a row with first round picks
3- fix VFL so young developing players experience success when out of the side
4- be more tasteful with tanking,



Let's get this superstar kid (or trade him for overs on his potential), get a gun FA this year and next year, get Doc back, get the players back in the park and ride our youths improvement up the ladder from 2019

I’m not sure you can really reference Space Jam as an example of a team changing their culture quickly....

Yeah Saints ITK posters on their board are saying some young players want out, and Lethlean mentioned 'player retention' being a focus for the rest of the year.

Add them to possible players wanting out at the Dogs and Adelaide, and superstars like Lynch, Sloane, Wines and Gaff on the market, this could be one seriously crazy off-season!

On the Saints, i'd love Gresham or Billings but they won't come cheap.

I'd grab Jack Lonie for a late pick, he's in and out of their side but seems a decent small forward which we need.

Murphy, Curnow and Thomas could all be a part of a successful Carlton outfit in the back ends of their careers if we look after them. We just need to start getting them used to playing forward or back a lot more and give them more games off. We could learn a lot of how Hawthorn have managed their older players. Hodge is still playing and the last 5 or so years has had a lot of games off and has never been flogged in the midfield. Murphy would know this and you would like to think he believes this. You would think his preference is to stay. Most premiership sides have a few old stars who have moved from the midfield to defence/forward in the twilight of their careers and retaining these guys may end up being crucial when it comes to a premiership tilt in 2020-2021.

What's your source? You've posted quite a number of rumours over the last few months with only one post stating a source of something you saw from a tram. You've been teased non stop about this rumour's source but you've said nothing to back up your credibility.
