Agreeing to travel to China didn't help.I reckon most clubs would be left mentally weak and unfit if they had the same fixture GCS has had this season.

The players are the biggest stakeholders in driving culture at a club, so if ex-players are saying that the culture was crap then they would have been part of the problem. As a long time Richmond supporter it is hard to ignore that leadership in setting up culture is as important high end draft picks when building a decent/competitive side. Many ex players have stated the culture at GC is shagged .
That
Is a damning stat
Also chemistry, they don't play together long enough to know each other move, prestia , ablett , Saad,Matera all gone .Sam day injured nearly all season last year . The continuety just not there .2 points in their last four final quarters.
Thats 2 point over the same time as an entire game.
That is both mental and fitness related.

Imo they should of went hard for Hodge when he was available

Well if Bolton and Fagan get their first year as trial and error , Dew should have that allowance too, how long Richardson with the saints? Dew is not a magician he need time to know players strength and weakness , just as when Simpson came to Eagles. How much continuity has Saint Kilda had? And the Saints were two players down for more than just the last quarter.
They haven't kicked a goal in last quarters for a month. There's no excuse for that. Fitness, mental fortitude, there is simply no excuse for not kicking a goal. The players just don't care. They don't give a s**t. And that's not an entire blanket statement - May and what seem like they do - but in general the attitude is just pathetic. Lynch is going there's no doubt about it. And anyone else who doesn't want to be there should be shown the door.

Both.Have kicked a grand total of two points in their last four final quarters.
Today in particular, they were 31 points up at three-quarter time with two extra rotations on the bench and still couldn't score.
I don't think I've seen a team, especially in the professional era, who has so conistently dropped their bundle as the game comes to an end.
Is this a fitness failure from the Suns or do they exhibit the signs of a mentally weak culture?
Don’t think we were given a choice really.Agreeing to travel to China didn't help.
Exhibit A - Campbell BrownThe players are the biggest stakeholders in driving culture at a club, so if ex-players are saying that the culture was crap then they would have been part of the problem.
So then why did the club put up with retaining them for all those years?Exhibit A - Campbell Brown
Exhibit B - Jarred Brennan
Exhibit C - Karmichael Hunt
Exhibit D - Charlie Dixon
Exhibit E - Nathan Krakouer
Really? Taking pot shots at North Melbourne when you've had one good year of footy? We spanked you for over 11 years get outta here seriously
Only 26k at the hawks against adelaide. What is going on there?
Brown was sacked after 3 years. So then why did the club put up with retaining them for all those years?
If they were rotten apples then why were they not moved on?
