Brisbane and most other teams smash us for a number of reasons, but a big one is because we are two one paced. Our mids are slow other than fish. They don’t run both ways and they don’t spread. Breaking games open happen with leg speed or elite kicking. We have neither.

Yeah I'm not advocating it, just listing realistic targets.

Lloyd and Brayshaw would be good. Can't see them leaving though, it looks like they are just holding out for more money.

Tyson, Wallis and Brodie would be a good trade period for us, we just need depth in the midfield. Adding these 3 also make our VFL team a lot stronger to help development of other young players.

The kid dropped 7 places and still went top 10, he didn't drop to the 2nd or 3rd round and he is a lot faster than Cripps and Kennedy.

Mitch Wallis will be 26 next year and is a very good footy player which we would get for free. Immediately adds a mature body which we desperately need plus gets forward and can kick a few goals a game. Very smart how he uses his body when he goes forward plus averages around 25 disposals a game. Didn't win a flag in 2016 and you could argue he know hes missed his window there as you can't see them reaching those heights again. Will Brodie wouldn't cost us more than a 2nd rounder and was a potential number 1 pick. Clearly that club has issues retaining players and a strange culture. We get those two players that is our midfield depth sorted. We can take pick 1 and then focus on outside mids.

He doesnt apply or in capable of applying the necessary pressure on the opposition that they are clearly big on .
