Wish we'd stood up for our player. Even if we knew three was inevitable, there was more than a hint of grovel. At least put it out there that it was just forceful and there were non-Nyhuis contributing factors at play. Really sucks for Nyhuis. He was doing a great job on a fabulous player and he's pretty much on his last chance to make it as an afl player. Harder now, having just lost his place in the team when he had won a spot next week.

And the media should take a good look at themselves. Easy to lay the boots into a no name non Victorian.

May have been Nyhius wishes to just accept?
May have been no suitable argument to try get less while risking more?

Joking if you think Freo didn’t have Ryan’s back

Also definitely not on his last chance as an afl player

Does that mean where a player is concussed the classification will always be severe?
Didnt Naitanui's tackle on Amon, which resulted in a concussion, only result in a one week penalty?

Yes but Natanui is a 'name' player. They get different rules.

That and the eagles have a reputation for 'mentioning' to the Tribunal that they are prepared to take further legal action. The Tribunal generally doesn't go hard in those situations
