Much the same as us I see. No doubt a proportion of the supporter base of the "losing" club will go into meltdown.

Same as Treloar to us, Taylor Adams was already here and he played under bucks. It makes a huge difference if the money is roughly the same and it’s a line ball decision (crowds, finals, etc.)
Also, his management would know that if Gold Coast match, the tigers are in a better trading position when it comes to 2 first rounders. We would have to trade one in over the next year or two to make that work under the AFL rules.

Gold coast will not match a bid for Lynch because he does not want to play there, it would mean that they would have to pay a million dollars a year to a bloke who doesn't want to be there, whoever gets Lynch will get him for nothing

If GC chose to take two late firsts from the Tigers or us over pick 3 in this draft they deserve to fold. What clubs are/aren’t able to trade won’t come in to consideration.

Don't think he would go to hawks if his reason for leaving is to have a chance at a flag ,just my opinion but hawks seem to be going backwards ,if not for easy games over last 6 rounds they wouldn't even get in the 8 and still may not ,Tigers or pies seem to fit better.

He needs to come cause he wants to play for us, not because we offered the biggest pay packet. if we have to trade for him then the cost is too high regardless of the dollars.
