If playing a final isn't inspiring enough for our boys, running out beside Varcs & The Sack should be enough give everyone a lift.

Varcs for first goal and get swamped by team mates.

Very solid ins for them.
This is winnable. But our form over there isn’t great in the last fortnight,

Could be reminiscent of our Qualifying Final win against Port in 2002.

We limped into that final. Think losing six out of seven games or something like that. No Bucks. My old man told me to chuck $40 on a win. Was it the one Taz kicked the winner?

Howe... out of all the ins I will be honest this is the one that makes me feel at ease slightly. I love having him in the team. Bloke is a rock down back.

Cox is the one. As long he can get to the ball without getting blocked. If the weagles get away with illegal blocks, holds and arm chops we will be in trouble.

Look even if we go out in straight sets we have battled hard this year and the reward is facing the finals with a near-full-strength team.

Feels like we've rolled the dice a bit with Goldy and Treloar though. Will be keeping my fingers crossed for them.

Cox is the one. As long he can get to the ball without getting blocked. If the weagles get away with illegal blocks, holds and arm chops we will be in trouble.

What would make the eagles any different to every other team who block and chop. Plus the home town crowd will be paying the frees.

Whatever happens from here I'm pretty happy. Obviously, I want us to do well. But it is great we have made it to where we are this season too.

Some good Ins. I hope Treloar holds up okay. Good strategy bringing them all back week one I reckon, as we'll have the week after to improve should Saturday not go our way.

Wonder which end Goldsack will play.

In the preseason he was our third tall up forward. But that was a long time ago and our forward line is pretty settled at the moment.

If he plays back and his opponent is beating him, he could go forward and send Mihochek back for a crack at Kennedy or Darling maybe.

We've replaced three defenders with a mid, a utility and a back who used to be a forward. It's interesting.

Down back bet everything I own on it, you won't see Miocheck down for a very long time if he continues to present and kick goals.

Just go back and watch that Sydney game everything changed when he had to go back.

Treloar and Degoey to just rotate through the forward line.

Not worried about Treloar at all it was a freak type if injury always been pretty solid and from all reports is elite when preparing his body for footy.

Goldsack worries me slightly but would honestly have a 75% fit Gold over Mangden.

Leadership and heart alone makes him a great selection.
