Maybe each team should have at least two boards. One for the AFLM team, and one for their AFLW team. That way there can still be a North Melbourne Kangaroos board, but also a Tassie Kangaroos board.

The North Melbourne Tasmania Kangaroos are the official team of Tasmania and North Melbourne Football Club and that is our name going in to the 2019 AFLW season. I think it is incredibly disrespectful to keep the old North Melbourne name as the official board name of the bigfooty NMT football club. We have come so incredibly far from the old boys club, and it would be hurtful to see the old name remain.
