Not that significant for you, but was talking to him and Fraser Turner last week. Luke’s settled in real well, can’t believe how big the club is ie all the fans and interest, is loving Melbourne and has mixed in with the playing group real well too. To quote him “I can’t believe it”. Good kid. Ditto all of the above for Fraser. Frase is living with Towner at the moment but will go into a family support home next week.

No he's not. He did some skill and structure drills for the first time today, hence the celebration, but not full.

Serious question, why is lynch still not fully training ? didn't he only do a PCL back in July last year ? so if he doesn't play round 1 its taken nearly 8 months on a recovery. Makes no sense how that Pies defender did his ACL and was back playing by finals.

Thats why our midfield is a little weak i recon on depth as we all know prestia will get injured at some point and miss 6-8 games.

I too am surprised with Lynch's slow recovery from PCL. Guess Burge knows better than us about these things

Pretty sure he had more surgery (perhaps to remove scar tissue) following the initial op.
GC continued to play him once they new he was going. Nil duty of care from that shambles of a club

I dont get the hate for the GC trip.
The boys clearly trained their arses off. The scavanger hunt was clearly a team bonding exercice which is needed this time of year with so many new guys.

In regards to Lynch, I rekon our medicos are the best in the business. If it takes another month till he is up and about thats fine IMO.
We didnt get him so we could beat Carlton.
I hate the hype of getting players ready for R1.

What’s really pissed me off this whole pre season is the lack of news on whether there was Monte Carlos available for Balme up on the GC. I’m holding Kiwi responsible for this outrage.
