I’m really not sure getting rid of the car park under marvel stadium would be a good idea. There isn’t nearly enough parking around that area to deal with that many people driving in.

I’m sure knocking down Southern Cross Station and replacing it with a car park wouldn’t create too many logistical problems.

Why do we never hear the regular tenants of Docklands complaining about the surface? The Dogs, North, Essendon, St. Kilda don't suffer injuries more than any other team.

Because 3 of those clubs all survive on big AFL handouts, and the AFL have told them to shut up. Essendon have had a PR issue since 2013, so they dont talk out of school.

Its not the injuries sustained from playing there, but the wear and tear issues. The teams that play home games there, their fitness departments also have probably tried to come up with solutions to help players recover.

But listen to players from clubs who dont have home games there and only play there occasionally, and you get an honest response about the surface.

Viney loved making the most of contact in this disgusting "you don't play the game the way the umpires want us to, let me dive and show you how they want the game to look, you can't appear that rough, it's not a nice look" way, or so I felt. which one of our players laid a perfect hip n shoulder that was called a free kick in the first quarter?
