Probably already been said in this thread... potentially several times...

But just how awful are the Swans going losing to this mob on their home turf!?

2.5 since Quarter Time with one of those goals from a 50m penalty. They've been beyond bad.

Wow, Petracca... THE most overrated player in the AFL, hands down.

The only thing looking more sad tonight is Jordan Lewis' rug.

15th in their b&f last year, out of 16 players who played over 20 games he was 2nd last, closer to 20th for votes per game.

Has some serious finger extracting to do if he wants to go close to fulfilling his talent, but sure seems like he excelled as a junior due to being a bigger boy with athleticism, but at AFL level he doesn't have enough other tricks (nous, work ethic, endurance, composure) to excel.

I guess we could say the same about Carlton for the last however many years....

Though these guys made a prelim.

Still, it's painful.
Exactly, and I said the same thing about the blues for the first few games this year. Melbourne all need to take a hard look at themselves. Weideman wanting a large contract points out to me that there are some big egos there. Gotta crush them.

Melbourne have no composure or intensity. Don't work hard enough and lack effective skills. Why do they get prime time games??

It's like Carlton a couple of years ago. For some reason the AFL decided they would be the big improvers. Once again, they were wrong.

And St Kilda 2019 look like Melbourne 2018.

Difference is St Kilda may actually win the Premiership. I made an odd prediction last year at the end of the season that this would happen and it is looking possible at the moment.

When they did the draw over the summer everyone was banging on how great they'd be this year. Going well so far.
