Holy crap so Coniglio, Jack Martin, Darcy Cameron & Sam Gray apparently almost locks...that is an amazing off-season.

Disappointing about Papley, but can understand Swans stance and still would be an unbelievable off-season with the above names.
B Crouch i'm a bit meh on...good player but injury issues and you would think Crows would play hard ball...not fussed if we don't get him.

ROFL.

Not interested in either Crouch brothers. Adelaide would want a lot more than they are worth anyway.

Think you've got them the wrong way around.

Brad has been hampered by injury, but is a significantly better player.

Matt more durable to date, and finds plenty of the ball, but has less hurt factor than Tom Mitchell with his possessions.

Statistically they're very similar, but the key differences to me are that Matt handballs more than he kicks, while Brad is the opposite, and Brad has about 30% more metres gained, despite averaging slightly less possessions.

Matt is a classic handball backwards and sideways type mid, while Brad is a bit more like Cripps in that he likes to take the ball into space then deliver forward.

Matt Crouch
- Durable
- Gets a lot of possie/contested possie
- His improvement has stagnate since 2017
- Not really a goal kicking mid
- He has a lot of "nothing" possession which where he does dinky 15m sideway kicks

Brad Crouch
- Not-durable - paper mache like.
- Gets a lot of possie/contested possie
- Has improved this year
- Goal kicking mid
- Doesn't do these dumb 15m kicks like his brother.

Hard to differentiate both.

But if Brad can get on the park to play 20 games a year he is more damaging player than Matt.

Rabbit deal would be approximately $1.1 mill a year

If i'm not mistake that's actually LESS than what we were offering Shiel...would be an amazing get.

Coniglio is a better player AND would cost no draft picks, vs Essendon giving up 2 x 1st rounders.
If we land Conigs, the Shiel miss would be a massive sliding doors, blessing in disguise moment.

This was PM'd to me and the poster would like to remain anonymous:-

Papely - No chance 2 x 1 st round draft picks.
Grundy - Zero Chance.
Cameron (Darcy) - Locked In.
Martin - Locked In.
These two above will happen VERY early in the trade week.
Cogs - more and more likely still a bit to play out.
B Crouch - 65% there, for Carlton the final decision will be made by Russell and his confidence to get his body right.
Post count not high enough for me to take this poster seriously.
