Leadership is more than just speaking well. Think it is Is how charlatans get into power. The inability to speak was just so so bad
Represents the club terribly
Cant they just rotate someone else from the board to the presidents seat and keep him on the board?

Seems like an unusual thing for him to say. Its strange IMO.
Oh look, a fan.The least funny poster on here? Yay.
Unfortunately, there's just no such thing as a fit side in football. It's just about impossible to have a full list considering how tough and physical the sport actually is. Therefore, it's not about being fit so much as having depth. We're certainly getting there but we're not all the way there yet.

Yeah don’t care how he speaks publicly as long as it leads to results ...Disagree.
Current fan engagement, membership numbers, crowd attendances and corporate / sponsorship support would suggest he’s going ok....
Reckon he’s representing the club just as a president should.
A "Gold Coast" one at that.Oh look, a fan.

Don’t think it’s that unusual and not strange.
Think it’s almost 100% certain that at least some of players would be talking about Cogs coming in on a huge salary and whether that’s fair or not.
It’s like any workplace.
From TW’s perspective, he probably views Cripps as the best at Carlton - if not the league - and wants him to be paid as such. See it as a nice thing of him to say.

Lol Bolton had no glue and I was one of the posters that called it last yr and got laughed atYep.
Even Bolton, whilst at times he spoke in riddles, was a more eloquent orator than Teague currently is.
But, as we’re seeing - having that skill doesn’t always ensure results.
Really ? Bolton and eloquent ? Wouldn't have thought so. His pressers were cringe.Yep.

tipping you might be interested if someone at your same level came in and was paid 10% more than you for no other reason than to lure them there.........Is it? Couldn't care less what my fellow workmates get paid. Im only worried about my own pay packet. Im interested to know if he cares who is the 8th best paid player or the 17th best paid player? I would suggest not. Its still a strange thing to say.

He was a premeditated robot.
Teague has natural chraisma and sense of humour. Listening to him has been a breath of fresh air.
Small forwards are our priority.Yeah fair call if Cogs is priority who would you love SOS to be his #2 target a goal sneak, speedy outsider, or a swingman?
