to be fair, billings will probably end up making a decent career for himself as he can play alright every now and again and at pick 3 he's going to get a lot of opportunities but picking him over bontempelli who is an undeniable a++ grader, one of the best players in the comp and will be for the next decade, it's fair to say this was a fair blunder as well, funny how they've let guns slip to us it's like they don't actually want to win a flag and want us to instead.
