Cripps vs Walsh vs Gaff

Lots of upside with Cripps although he looked slow last year.

With fewer rotations, a return to longer quarters and sheer gut running endurance i think Gaff could be a sensational POD.

Having spent a couple of years away from SC I don't know much about Walsh.

Thoughts?

I'm considering Gaff too for the same reasons. So we are both probably wrong :moustache:

Reckon players with high TOG will be gold this year. He also plays in a team that will win a lot of games too. Probably doesn't have the high ceiling of some other players I guess, very consistent too.

One thing with Gaff is he played high 90's TOG last year. Traditionally his previous seasons he's been a high 80's TOG. So probably works out that he played the same TOG without doing the maths. Will he see enough of an uptick if his TOG reverts back to his usual high 80's? I'm toying with starting with him as well purely for the fact that he's so durable and it seems like mid premiums are dropping like flies this pre season... I suppose reduced interchange should help his cause

Taranto + 50k vs Rowell for M5

Taranto is a proven 100 scorer over a season with a couple extra preseasons but had a down year. Rowell's scoring ability is off the charts but the dude has played in 4 AFL games.

Leaning Rowell for upside but it's a tough one.

No Yeo could see him get some big scores and a decent early price rise...
