I don't think you'll see the back of Noble for a while.

I don't mind him as depth.. I reckon he is aware of his limitations.. quite measured with his play.. must be pretty bloody disciplined if he's playing the way he is. That's ok. But we need a better player to take his spot.. if we are going to be the best. Someone you can throw into the guts or on a wing.. or actually start there at times and really shake it up.

The games gone to buggery a bit.. fancy having a bloke stand on the mark.. and having a bloke who can't dispose of the pill correctly.. or is a slug.. being given the chance to take off without being caught.. and dispose of it like he's ****en Jarman re.

What pi$$es me off , is that the actual player who has taken the mark or free kick, the guy standing the mark, can not move, that rule is good, where it falls down is that most of the time the guy in possession of the ball is already off his line, usually to his preferred side , and the ump does not put him back on line, he is off and running , the guy standing the mark has no chance of pressuring as he is caught flat footed all the time

Give the bloke on the mark a cape re.. the whole idea is to use your brains and try and outwit your opponent.. well bugger that re.

I respect their decision to not bring in any more kids when the VFL season hasn’t even started yet. Just as long as they are prepared to do it in future rounds.

You could have thrown a blanket over 6-8 players who could have come in this week. Not fussed by any of them although I probably would have preferred Greenwood over Mayne.

He's disposal efficiency has improved.. well woopdi ****en do re.. so has everyone elses. It's the new normal re. Sterile kick to kick football.

Reflexive action from Buckley.Mayne’s always been a favourite of his,and he was always likely to come in,even if he wasn’t the most logical replacement for Elliott.

Disappointing that Murphy has been overlooked once again.

I would have selected him, played him as a high half forward / wing and sent Hoskin-Elliott deeper to take on the role of Elliot.

I for one am fine with the change. I’d love to have played a young forward option, but we won comfortably and played well last week, we don’t need to change the world. Mayne is dependable and a solid contributor. Let’s not overreact.

Although I do hope he has instruction not to slow the play up all the time.

He is a Bucks Favorite while he trying to keep his Job still play the Old Players that are past it or offer nothing
