So far, it's 5 for Dev and 0 for others.
I believe a fit and firing Lyons gets selected over Dev. So, Lyons for me.

Was really impressed with Dev on Friday, playing for both teams. Far from perfect but genuinely plays like he gives a stuff, all the time.

It is a fairly big screen.
Looks like they could add some additions around the screen itself, like some sort of advertising.
Thats just a guess on my part.
Then it's a matter of if the whole structure stays open as it stands now or it gets enclosed.

Yeah, I'll go Dev too. Love Lyons, but might be time for him to take on the captain / coach role of the VFL side, before moving into the midfield coaching role.

Edit: Yes I know the VFL side has a coach already. Just thinking left field to help keep the soft cap down.

In related news AFL media Season 2027-28 are stunned at the Lions' fall from powerhouse to also-rans and happily ascribe their recent 'success' to the in-ordinate benefits they had received and seem pleased that at least other teams now have a chance.

In unrelated news Lions' premiership captian William Ashcroft has been offered a mega-deal to move to Collingwood which pundits agree would be excellent for the competition.

Dev for me. If Lyons is fit, then it would be interesting. However, he would have to show a much better defensive run, not just getting clearances. I am not sure if Lyon has ever been a great defensive runner (mostly the reason why GC got rid of him for nothing)

Weighing in a bit late but I’m definitely on team Dev. I understand Lyons has credits in the bank, but I really doubt he’ll be 100% only a few months after an open washout of his pubic bone. As we’ve seen through most of last year, a JL that’s <100% doesn’t cut it.

I'm not sure what was happening last year when we were playing him and he couldn't keep up but the thinking will probably be that it's his spot to lose until he proves otherwise. Hopefully we don't keep rolling it along for 7 weeks to find out.
