I can see no way this goes to court.
The alleged victims may find themselves subject to defamation claims if they pursue it - if there was genuine evidence to support their claims, itās hard to see how the āno case to answerā finding was reached.
There may be various payments made with NDAs attached to make it go away - but Iād be surprised if anything else plays out in public.
