This is VFLW but shows how a Collingwood home game against Essendon could look in the AFLW. IMHO it's a better contrast than their home jumper with white shorts.

Players don't wear white shorts in the AFLW or VFLW any more.

GWS have a shorts sponsor, looks like TAL who are an insurance company

As do North: Laing O'Rourke, a construction company

And Melbourne wearing royal blue shorts away against Carlton.

They didn't check where they were lining it up. It's heat pressed right over the number
I think that's just the way the guernsey is folded, looks like it's pressed over the top of the number but is really just below it.

No but CBR instead of the name Canberra above the GWS jumpers
True, that logo is the city's logo for marketing purposes.
They could feature on the Mens if 'CBR' is willing to pay for it but probs not.
Regardless, hope they keep the homage somehow in futures

This says :
  • Prominent exposure of the Brand CBR logo on the playing guernsey of both teams for the first time
My guess the 2023 jumpers were already made when this deal was signed in December 2022 and is why there was no CBR logo this year

So I guess you could say that the Canberra logo above GWS' numbers since their inception in the AFL has really been more of a sponsor rather than an acknowledgement a la SMFC
