The surprise is it got him as they thought they cleared itThat’s crazy news. Poor bloke and his family. Cancer sounds strange though, you’d think it wouldn’t have been surprise if cancer. Condolences to the family

Unfortunately a sign how quick cancer can spread. Sooner we find treatment for it the better. Such a terrible disease. Age doesn’t matter but if ill seek help.Rip
Looked 100% only 3-4 months ago
Got through to very last moment of the draft
Yeah it puts all the shenanigans of the last few weeks into perspective.... It's just ball of air and we take it so seriously.Really feel for his family and friends. They'd be hurting the most for sure.
Football is just a sport.
Thoughts heading your way mate. Stay strong. Tiger Army are with you allHi guys
Chris was one of my oldest, dearest friends. Every word you read about his goodness, kindness, gentleness and generosity is absolute fact - he is simply the best person I have known.
What I want you all to know is that your club has been absolutely magnificent through all of this. They have extended Chris and his family every kind of support, without being asked and without expecting anything in return. Richmond has put its arms around the Toce clan from the moment he joined your club, and especially in recent times. I can tell you that his family and friendship group are deeply grateful for the support. Your club deserves eternal respect for this, which I heard Chris and his family say many times.
We are devastated at this news, as many of you will be, but also be proud of your club and its leaders.
