I don’t have a drama with a big turning pitch but Pakistan spinners have now taken 60 consecutive wickets at home. That’s worrying. Shazad bowled one over for the game.
And to get the pitch to that point they had to do quite a lot of work.
And the bowlers that did the damage aren’t absolute world beaters. Sajid Khan and Noman Ali are decent, honest test bowlers but they’re not Murali and Ashwin. Warrican is a seasoned first class toiler with a lot of control and some variations.
It shouldn’t have been as exaggerated as it was IMO, even allowing for both our tactical and technical blundering

Think i heard them say it was the least amount of overs bowled by Pakistani quicks in a test match ever.
The Pakistanis have found something that they believe works for them, now maybe it might encourage people to the ground.
And encourage young people to play the game.
They can’t always prepare raging turners, but that’s the way it rolls.
The demarcation between road and minefield was often around midway day 3 in both Pakistan and India in the 70s 80s 90s.
Win the toss, win the game in most places. For differing reasons.
