If they were going to hold the tournament at this time of year and India were hellbent on not playing in Pakistan, I would have moved to the tournament to Australia or South Africa with Pakistan being well compensated for the competition being moved and them receiving the revenue raised from the tournament in its new location. Harsh on Pakistan most definitely but it avoids the situation where India get the unfair advantages that they're enjoying in this tournament.
