Finn Callaghan or Nick Daicos in Round 1 for me. I was worried about N Daicos injury last week. Not sure if Port Adelaide have as good as a tagger as Bedford though.

Yeah, just been reading up on him, elite kicking but also aerialist, rated the premier tall defender in the draft.
I had only seen the kicking skills talk, assumed he had to be a medium-sized fella, most tall fellas can't kick

You potentially miss out on the cash generation from the rookie you trade out to a non playing rookie in round one.

Well he would need to score very well & the fact is im just as confident in Bo's Job security as Paton's. I assume Allan will be in WC's side by round 2. I could be wrong and in which case it wouldnt be wise to chase the points

I think with the rest this week, Port Adelaide will come out fresher and ready. Like I said it may take the Naicos a few games to warm up into the season. I think he goes Under 110 Supercoach points this week.

It's always a fine line, do you try to give folks a heads-up or do you hold off spooking the horses.
I went with some idiot on Twitter putting out a fake tweet about a bloke missing once, am a fair bit more reticent these days.
Good to avoid giving folks a bum steer, intentional or not, I guess.

Starcevich and Ah Chee are available for rd1. I really don't see how Lashcroft gets into the 22 for round 1. I think he'll need to take his opportunity from the bench or when somebody gets injured.
