I'd hope we don't just go back to Blight.

I'd say...

OUT: Balta (curfew), Ryan (injured)
IN: Trainor, Sims, McAuliffe

And play Ross as Sub.

Small conundrum with Mansell being available. I'd play him in the twos personally, Campbell and Rioli have done enough to be ahead of him and I feel Green had enough good moments to keep his spot.

EDIT: Sonsie also deserves a recall, but for the love of goodness it has to be as a midfielder. Perhaps Ross sub and Sonsie into the starting midfield, and McAuliffe another VFL game.
Why does everyone keep Macintosh in the side. He was the last player signed and he is a fossil with no future yet we keep playing him ahead of the kids. Please don’t say leadership because we have Lynch in the forward line, Taranto & Hopper in the middle and Vlastuin & Broad in defence. When we are winning we don’t need his leadership and when we are losing he doesn’t provide any leadership. So unless he can change a 100 point loss into a competitive loss then play the kids.

Thought he played well last week

If you want our kids getting flogged in the middle, we will end up with consecutive rebuilds. Macca is offering valuable cover so our kids can properly develop.

Hey it's not my choice, but I'm certain he won't be dropped so I don't bother to mention that.

Mansell will surely play, would definetly try him with the other 3 smalls and lose a mid. Extra speed and run cant be a bad thing, one of Mansell or Campbell should always be pushing into the midfield then.

Eventually I'd lose all of Ross, Dow, McIntosh. Try and surround Hopper and Taranto with one of Campbell/Mansell (rotate one forward), one of Lalor/Smillie (rotate one forward) and then hopefully Sonsie and McAuliffe can be locks by the end of the season, early next (they arent guaranteed to make it). Then there is Taj and whoever we draft with our 2 high picks and we are starting to look decent and will eventually replace Hopper and Taranto.

Gotta love tiger supporters

yet the club is too weak to do the 3qtr time substitution thing even though its not breaking the curfew or any laws

The Dees are actually very small up front, with JVR their only key forward (and he's also second ruck). Probably means Trainor will come into the 22 for Balta.

Well Petty is the tall forward from last week with Fullarton as support. Not sure how JVR went in the VFL, so not sure he’ll return
