The ladder is very skewed atm… some teams have had one ripper of an easy draw to start the year while others have been constantly in the war trenches like us.Dawks next 3 games looks interesting, could very well drop out if the 8
I hope the suns do the same too soon…just looked at the fixture and geez suns have been so well looked after
I think North's time to shoot up the ladder is next yearNorth Melbourne might win tonight.
They are beginning to develop in front of our eyes. Probably a tall order to topple Collingwood with all those seasoned players but should be a very close match.

2026 10th or so
2027 6th-8th
2028 fighting for top 4
I liked him from the start. Seemed to kick a goal a game, was smart.Darcy Fort's been alright this season. Probably would have been good to hang onto for depth alone.
Farewell fellow cats fans, I barely knew theeHawks board is compelling viewing at the moment
A few brave Geelong supporters (not team board posters as far as I can tell) are bravely "love" reacting (which I do not recommend)

Hmm is it a really hot game pressure wise that is keeping scores low or just another shit game( is under the roof)
It isn't that they lack mids it's just without Day it is a serious weakness.
But that's my point. Currently missing their best midfielder and still sitting on same wins as ourselves.
Just imagine if we had a player like Day to return later in the year.
They've beaten no one. Check the fixture.
....And they were kicked out in a semi final by Ken Hinkley's Port Adelaide.Yeh, same crap was said last year too.
It’s Collingwood, there’s always a strong bias for them especially at the GDo these umpires have money on Collingwood?
Just watched 2 North players get smacked across the head in marking contests with play on called both times by they officiating umpire - though I'd be curious to know who called the high contact in the second contest as it was clear the umpire signalled play on before changing their call

That Port side was/is atrocious too, as we have proved the last two times we played them. Hawthorn lost to them twice in a row and looked rattled when Port exerted a bit of pressure. I said at the time if other teams can get in their face and be physical, it could expose that vulnerability. The issue is few teams do it. We saw it today and that's what finals are like. Even against us, we didn't have the best day but a bit of pressure forced them into all sorts of mistakes.....And they were kicked out in a semi final by Ken Hinkley's Port Adelaide.
As we know first hand, if you're doing that, then you can't be anything special.
They're a good side, and there's about 7 of them this year. Nothing more, nothing less.
Depends on what you consider frauds. So what?
Most were saying they were frauds when they went on a winning streak last year.
They beat the Dogs in a final and lost to a team who were favoured to make the grand final.
Get back Lewis & Day, two pretty decent players, see how they're traveling when it starts to really heat up.
Yeh, same crap was said last year too.
