Reid was inujured for a fair chunk of the junior season leading up to the draft, and it was a fairly unclear timetable for how quick he'd be back into fulltraining.

Plus with Ninthmond having so many top fifteen picks they jumped on a couple of players for structure, who arguably will never be what a good midfielder will be. Combination of the injury and the weird drafting because a couple of clubs had heaps of picks in the top 15.

That would be tough. His skills weren’t the best today but he wasn’t Robinson Crusoe in that regard. Fyfe will need some injuries and a block of form in the WAFL.
