Not really, they had 10 A grade premiership players more than Blacks yesterday if your statement is correct.

They also had Cormack and Brown who have played a fair amount of VFL footy, I am leaning towards a great effort from the underdogs in Blacks.

I am a bit worried about my lions this season. We have been in pretty much every game except on the weekend and in round 1 against a decent Old Haileybury side, but we just have not converted our opportunities, and now we are missing gun experienced players in Ong and Hibbins has hurt the side a fair bit as well.

I'm hopeful that a strong showing against Old Xavs will help turn the wheel for the boys.
