He was asked about Nas playing well and the contract, and St Kilda fans wanting to know, he was about to say all good things come to those that wait then said the fullness of time with a smile.

Sounds pretty positive to me. I think it's either he has signed and waiting for a win or others to sign, or he has agreed to stay and now working out the details of deal ala years etc.

Pretty sure he dropped Joey and Dal at some point didn’t he?

Hopefully older Ross can be swayed by others, Hills in the Jones catagorey now, offers nothing on field, he might be a leader and culture guy but he can do that Mon-Fri and let someone else do it on a weekend.

Agree with your last paragraph re Whitlock.

But no matter what anyone says, past history etc etc ( ok, before my time) yes, the club will survive, but losing NAS will be a gut punch to both club and supporters. And yet another reason for the media etc to dump on us because we are so bad we can’t even hold our own home-grown talent given he chose to leave.

Fact is, he’d also be a drawcard for other players considering coming to our club.

I don’t know anything about the trades just the clubs but a Geelong 1st is a long way back in this draft so yes I can see that.

Moose looks like he’s being fattened up for trade, I have no idea what his value is.
