Folks, this is the way things are here.

Posters are responsible for what they post. Moderators can not attest to the accuracy or otherwise of any rumour posted.

Moderators will intervene for a couple of reasons.

1. If a thread is threatening to be derailed because of a post.

2. If invested parties request the removal of material.

None of this draws a conclusion as to the accuracy or otherwise of the original post.

There is no need to further speculate. What will be will be.

Also, you need to remember that this thread like all parts of this forum is bound by the rules of poster conduct. If you want to express skepticism towards a rumour that's fine, but having a crack at posters who are contributors to this forum is simply not on and will be acted upon.

Can't blame them when they've been replaced with Orazio and Evans.

20 best 22 players out through Voss's coaching tenure (includes a couple of retirees he never got to coach to be fair) replaced with half a dozen players and a bunch of b-grade kids who are like lottery tickets but largely wouldn't contribute to a premiership caliber list.

Folks, hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I’ve got another unfortunate #Bluemour to share.

This comes from the same source who correctly flagged a few weeks back that Charlie was open to a move — and that info turned out to be spot on (regardless of his post match comments about wanting to stay - Ala Houston etc).

I can now confirm two things:

• SOS is definitely gone, and
• Cripps also wants out. He’s looking to finish his career in WA and doesn’t seem fussed about which club takes him — though West Coast looks like the obvious frontrunner.

Personally think he’s earned the right to go with our blessing at this point.

Given the source’s track record and recent form, I’m confident this Cripps part is legit. Expect it to go public in the coming weeks.

Your source was completely wrong on Curnow as per Charlie’s statement on live tv and now this rumour about Crippa.
He’s not going to WA esp the weagles.

Our list team has been a disaster in terms of creating a balanced list.

No other explanation needed.

I wouldn't blame any players for being upset about that, imagine being Charlie or Harry and hearing you're going to be receiving the ball from that lot instead of Martin, Cuningham, Kennedy etc.

I think it depends on what happens with the off field areas. I saw a very frustrated Walsh, worn down by this labourious game plan, which killed his run and his back. I also think the tall forwards would be grateful for a game plan that doesn't require them to fight and scrap for every single goal. I don't think Weitering will go, or at least, I don't think we would let him go. Maybe we go for co-captains to sate him and Walsh.

Wright has to sell the vision to the remaining players.

But honestly it feels like what will happen.

I think Cripps is burned out, fatherhood can do that to you, and wants to finish with the Eagles he grew up supporting
