Nothing to base this on but I think we’ll keep the rookie spots. The gap between top and bottom is growing. Giving bad clubs a couple of extra rookie spots wouldn’t be a bad permanent equalisation measure.

Not only should we keep them we should get an extra 2 more rookie spots after finishing bottom 3 (assuming we beat tigers otherwise bottom 2) for the sixth straight season

• Teakle - Delisted (harsh and don't necessarily agree but CCJ has a higher ceiling and that usually gets rewarded)
• K Dawson - Delisted - Solid contributer but players have gone past him now
• Ford - Delisted - We've seen what we'll see from Ford unfortunately

He’s put contract talks on hold until the end of the season, so that’s a fair indicator.

Be interesting to see which way Melbourne goes now with Goody out the door. Some players would be happy, others not.

Very true but we'll have Goad through another pre season so we'll probably take the punt. CCJs calf apparently could be good before end of season so he might get a proper pre season and they'll be thinking about that.

It's probably line ball but Tucker can come in and play in a system in most roles. Ford is still learning but old enough that we've probably seen his ceiling.
