Mini is right when he said we are no where near hard enough.
Players aren't clean enough, or hard enough at the contest by a mile.
Look good when it's easy ball but absolutely not working hard enough without it.

14 listed players and a NGA played today.
No where near good enough.

Replace/delist

Jamieson, Rawlinson, Barnett, Petrucelle, Hunt

From that game with 5 fresh new faces added to our list via trade/draft and instantly the team would look better.

Without fail, fetch a proper blue chip mature midfielder to be used as depth at least. Dev, Phillips, Murdock, whatever. Having Petrucelle playing as a mid with a couple ammos topups is just absurd.

Particularly if they keep being stubborn with Grego in the backline.
