Don’t know what you are talking about 😤

Come on no one thought the blackholes were going to shit the bed like they did.

Kingsley said he was confident the Giants would regain Jack Buckley (calf) and Brent Daniels (adductor) for their final home and away match against St Kilda next Sunday.

I was about to ask if people were now prepared to concede we are going ok.
8 of our last 9, and 11 out of 14, beating a fellow contender away, can we just say we are going well.

I stand by my statement.

We played much better than we have today, even with out the stars. Suns were poor.

Honestly... leave him out. Let him have another week plus the pre-finals bye to get his foot right.
4 weeks with no footy is not ideal

Disagree with that. The Suns were as good as ever and looked dangerous on many occasions. We simply outplayed them.

Taylor was right on top in defence and our midfield played amazingly to keep the game on our terms.

Probably not, but I think he's such a professional that he could come back from a break like that and be fine. What would be far less ideal would be having him play next week, re-aggravate his foot and possibly not even get up for a crucial elimination final.

Nah, in previous weeks sure but this week we were legitimately good. The Suns have been good at home this season and can easily dominate a game out of the middle. They got runs on but we snuffed it out each time. They ultimately ran out of run but that's because our efforts.

Aren’t we going to finish 9th in the VFL?
In the VFL the top 10 teams go to the finals. A topic for another thread, but I think this expansion of final places in the lower league is a prelude to the AFL’s longer term plans to make the AFL finals also extend to 10 teams when Tasmania enters.

The issue with Hogan is that he can't train, it's a week to week proposition. It's a 7 year old injury and he knows when he can't get up for a game. There is specialist advice coming on what to do in the off season.
Is that an operation to remove the screw?

Maybe Leek could just suit up for St. Kilda in round 24, and Saints could pay his salary straight away.
I am hoping Aleer will play the game of his life next week against St Kilda to demonstrate his value to them, and boost his (already considerable) asking price. Will also improve our hand in the trade negotiations as well
