Good on the Saints for having a go, even if it blows up on them, it really couldn't get any worse for them anyway.

Glad we (reportedly) aren't going to match the Saints with a 5th year for JSOS, I'd consider going a little higher with the $$$ though if it gets it done.

We really need to utilise the FA market more, even if it means over paying. I know its set up up to work against us and we are unlikey to get any top top end FA its a great way to build depth into our list acquiring good mature players for free and hitting the draft at the same time.

Serong better, Blanck bigger and stronger.

Butts suits as better as that FB anchor while Buss builds his body. We could just about play KPD higher and have Lobb intercept, he has a massive tank for a tall.

Bond or Budarick should be available as that small option. We only need one.

I’d rather hit the draft, we need to load up on high quality players. And we’re more likely to find stars via that method.

I'm usually one for hitting the draft, but with $2mill+ of cap space and a thin draft, this really does feel like a year to be aggressive in the trade period.

I'm usually one for hitting the draft, but with $2mill+ of cap space and a thin draft, this really does feel like a year to be aggressive in the trade period.

Problem is, we need to keep next years picks. And our draft hand this season isn't all that good at all. A first and second round pick. So not a huge deal to play with.

Gray has been Re-signed for another 2 seasons so Richmond likes him

JOD, Lobb, Busslinger, Young and Butts - you'd think at least a couple of the younger guys kick on aside Lobb.

JOD and Lobb can also be FPF depth to replace Khamis.

If I was Carlton I’d be asking for Neale + Dempsey (or something of that value) for Curnow plus steak knives (someone like Kemp maybe)
