Alcaraz and Sinner are going to play every grand slam final (and many Masters) final for the next 2-3 years, barring injury etc.
The gap between them and Novak is now sizable, and there's a similar gap between Novak and the rest.Sinner not 100% today and still wins the third set despite serving at 38% first serves in.
I think Novak & Zverev are extremely close. The gap between them and Novak is now sizable, and there's a similar gap between Novak and the rest.
Zverev and Fritz will never win one unless they get really lucky. Their games are too passive and vanilla.I think Novak & Zverev are extremely close.
I would also argue Novak won't win another one either unless he also gets really lucky.Zverev and Fritz will never win one unless they get really lucky. Their games are too passive and vanilla.
Yeah I said Sincaraz will basically play every final against each other for the foreseeable future, so yeah, that would follow. I think he might be realising it and the end is near. I think next season will be his last, but don't be surprised if he even retires before then. He's got nothing left to prove, though I think a part of him wishes he could beat either of the new big 2 in a slam final. Should've beat Alcaraz in 2023 Wimby, but for a superhuman effort from Carlos.I would also argue Novak won't win another one either unless he also gets really lucky.
No one said this about Federer and Nadal. But who wants to see 500 Alcaraz v Sinner finals?!
Like they might have epic matches but give someone else a go lol
