Theres still a gap there of at least 3-4 years, which Allen should cover. By the time Hipwood is close to done in say 5 years time your academy kid would be ready, while Oscar is the experienced head down there.
That 3-4 years also means Andrews may miss out, and a couple of your other older players.

Makes too much sense for you guys to get Oscar, to keep the window firmly open continuously for a long period of time, and costs you guys nothing but salary cap space, a small haircut on Starcevichs value would be **** all in the scheme of things
