Pretty sure it was sarcasm.Henry is close to a DFA. Knevitt decent as a steak knife, but would need heaps more.

Oh no... we so sad.Have heard similar from a good source. Charlie definitely does not want to wear the Navy Blue again.
It has been for years. Every other club in the league seems to have space in the salary cap to get anyone they like. But Carlton are the only ones who cheat.Geelong salary cap is suss
Tell Guantanamo, Colonel Jessup and a future First, Deal Done
Holmes as a starting point imoWould consider Neale and Clohesy.
I think you’re right Dom_7, looks to be a clear case of premature exclamations on the part of his manager and the media…When it comes to Charlie, reckon GW and the team are sitting back with their feet on the desk
His manager went too hard early and is now panicking to come up with something to keep momentum in the story
Clubs showing some interest, but not willing to give up A graders
Media circle jerking over their own opinions and crap trade scenarios.
Not for everyone but for some, I’m sceptical of this depth because, adding these players isn’t improving our depth if they are just replacing other solid players.Everyone on here carried on last year about losing too much depth. This year depth coming in, nah don't want them![]()
Oh no... we so sad.
If we don't get the deal we're happy with, we're happy to let him rot in Navy Blue.
He would be dumb to leave now as he is approaching free agency, he would be leaving the possibility of a huge pay day and a decent crack at a flag.To be honest I'm surprised there hasn't been more talk of this. It actually makes the most sense out of all the crazy hypotheticals. Only talk has been is that King is keen to stay but you would think the suns would need an answer on what he wants to do long term otherwise trading as a pre agent when curnow is available is a no brainer for mine.
King and Flanders means we lose Charlie for two quality players and imo improves our side, the FF is a gamble and who knows, turning Charlie in to 2-3 quality players would be great business. He'd be a good foil to McKay as more of a stay at home target who can get it through the big sticks. McKay can then roam a bit more as well as being a key target (without the sole responsibility).
If we don't ask the question, I'd be disappointed. If King is remotely keen to come back to VIC in his career - now might be the time.
Given Charlie's value is above King (arguably) and they want Charles, I'd ask for more - like Flanders or a FF.
But as I said, not sure it'd be an option.
Also - Rugged Blue Bagger I thought someone debunked the Fritsch talk a month ago in the No Discussion Thread?
These clubs aren’t serious about it trading for Charlie. Not that we’d be interested in Amartey or McDonald but they are determined to land Charlie to link up with those two, plus Warner, Gulden, Heeney and Blakey are untouchable.
So what’s the deal??
Sam Edmund reported today on SEN with Gerard Whateley, Suns are currently in talks to extend Walter and he’s not getting traded same with Ethan Reed (btw don’t rate Reed)
So again what’s the deal??
so tell the suns pay up
I would expect GW to stand firm and only consider genuine offers.Tell Guantanamo, Colonel Jessup and a future First, Deal Done
So we fold like wet tissue and let a player hold us to ransom to get to where he wants? Or do we stand firm and get the deal we want for said player and if we don't, we remind him that he is contracted to 29.Are we also happy to completely ignore our reportedly tough new "if you don't want to wear the Navy Blue then FO" mantra?
We're talking the talk, are we gonna walk the walk?
whats wrong with navy blueOh no... we so sad.

Absolutely nothing wrong with Navy Blue. I have it and the monogram tattooed on my heart... well, my tattooed heart.whats wrong with navy blue
Which platform is this if you don’t mind me asking?
