Literally got a bunch of votes because he plays in the middle of the ground and the umps need to give someone votes.

Don't get me wrong, he's a 7/10 player and good enough, but his (like many) vote numbers have been inflated because of his position.

Should have a different voting system so all players on the ground get a fair go.

So how did our other mids go in comparison?

To me it proves when Taranto is injured or is nullified by the oppo our entire side has a stinker and usually ends up in a 10g + loss.

Taranto is an absolute superstar we paid unders and should have paid a lot more for this superstar midfielder who finished in the top 15 in the brownlow!

He'll definitely win brownlows!!!

I think this just falls under the category, that if you don't have something nice to say, shut the f--k up.
It's a nice moment, a small positive out of a pretty bleak season, but you just feel the need to shit all over it. Much more of a reflection on you as a person than anything.
