This actually seems quite balanced from Rawlings. Not saying it's off the table but putting the pressure on Jy and other clubs to make a compelling case. Either we get good value (overs?) for him or he plays wing next year. Pressure is not on us to make it happen.

I can't wait to have a slow, small, ordinary kick on a wing earning over a mil. Sake, how can we expect to improve with this sort of mindset.

Understand it's all part of the game, telling the world he's wanted etc, but would be (IMO) better to say look, we will pay a portion of the stupidly high contract he's on so he can move to the club of his dreams, ala Essington.
