Yeah I do wonder if we have worked some deal to get another pick so we could pick up Nairn in the top 20, rather than 'reaching' with picks 7 and 8. Anyway it does sound like we'll be getting him.

Shit decision. People oozing over his 7 goal game reminds me of when people did the same over Jefferson’s one 7 goal game.

Despite 7 goals he still only got 11 disposals that match. Slow low disposal forward is last thing we need another of, may as well just play AJ.

on a key forward? Coz Nairn is a fwd. I think the notion is that Nairn and Langford could switch between mid and fwd in the future without losing speed in the game if they're both in the middle.

Totally agree. Cumming Nairn Pickett whilst holding on to our 2026 F1 would be fantastic.

Personally think Nairn could play a bit on the wing next year which helps facilitate Langford's move to the middle.

Not sure obsession with Pickett, bloke failed to get drafted for free by Port, played a few good games end of this season and now partly because of his name is the best thing since sliced bread.

Didn’t he get dropped from SANFL seniors late in the season to?

I am guessing he may even be available still at our pick 33 and it’s all media conjecture.

Was always a rookie pick at best, we have enough rookie spots to have both White and Sinnema there if we want.

Pretty sure we currently have 2 rookie spots available. Culley, AMW, Kentfield and Henderson are cat A, Mentha and Berry are cat B.

Edit - Actually it seems that you can have 3 cat B rookies now, so Sinnema could even be taken as a cat B.

And we should not pick up Farrow because Blake Howes and Salem can play that role. Tell me which player you want in the draft and i guarantee we have several players on our list that can play that role.
