Some BF nuffy this morning did a mock draft and had GC match all 4 of their NGAs.

If us rando's could do the numbers how the feck do our recruiters getting paid not know the math?

Considering we traded a F2 to make this play we 100% intended to nab Addinsall.

Why we didn't bid 1) Uwland, 2) Patterson, then 3) Dean to squeeze GC points even more has to be a miss play.

Because list manager is awful at his job, proven year after year, yet still has a job

There must be an unwritten rule of only two consecutive bids are allowed before making a live pick - otherwise there was no reason not to place 8 bids straight off the cuff and make everyone pay up.

The club must have felt that bids on GC players elsewhere would constrain their ability to match if we got in at 17/18, so went with H.Dean at 3 - that was obviously mistaken.


If J.Lindsay is the result of this stuff-up, then I'm willing to take it.

Let’s pretend hawks wanted Lindsay but we sold them that we had to move up to bid on gc boys to get adinsall. They thought we’d get adinsall as we told them gc didn’t have points then they could still get Lindsay.
