This is going to sound strange but does he have some sort of medical condition because I noticed his eyes kept looking up when he was being interviewed on the website. Could just be nerves and that's how he responds to it and maybe I'm the only one who noticed it. If he does Im sure the club are fully aware and well on top of it.

Look up the same podcast, more on the SA guys from a few months back as well. Really like these interviews. I remember one on Callow, came from a cycling family I think, it’s a nice background.

I do the same thing when I'm nervous lol. Somehow makes it easier to think than staring down the lens of a camera or making eye contact
