And of course, there’s always an annoying neighbour who understands our frustrations as this is just a normal season for them.
That's been Neuer's one wood for 15 yearsI can't stand it when goalkeepers rush recklessly out of their box. Neuer and Pope have gifted easy goals in situations where there was still plenty of defensive opportunities and work to score left to do.
Bingo. More often then not he gets that right. That's been Neuer's one wood for 15 years
For a long time he was the absolute master at it.
Maybe at 39 it's time to put it away though.
Bayern got dominated.. maybe Thierry’s comments are spot on?Bayern Munich should be motivated to beat Arsenal after Thierry Henry said he has a "question mark" over players from the German Bundesliga, explaining that the league's open and stretched nature makes it easier to succeed, which may not translate to the more intense, space-constrained Premier League.
And that Martinelli goal was off the back of a high Bayern press that Arsenal cut through in 2 passes to put Martinelli into half a pitch of space.Bayern got dominated.. maybe Thierry’s comments are spot on?
I’ll give you last season’s Premier League title for this season’s poor form. Do we have a deal?
Poor form or have the players downed tools?I’ll give you last season’s Premier League title for this season’s poor form. Do we have a deal?
I will give them the slightest possible bit of leeway for the Diogo Jota tragedy. Reading the Andy Robertson piece about Scotland World Cup qualification and where his head is at, it’s a deeper wound for the playing group than I’d expected.Poor form or have the players downed tools?
Who knows but you can’t spend that much and miss Champions League. I expected a drop off this season while we gelled. I didn’t expect this which looks like we’ve downed tools and/or the Jota tragedy has sapped us.Poor form or have the players downed tools?
He had one of the longest new manager bounces of all time thoughSo Slot was the bald fraud all along.
I've been through what these guys are going through.I will give them the slightest possible bit of leeway for the Diogo Jota tragedy. Reading the Andy Robertson piece about Scotland World Cup qualification and where his head is at, it’s a deeper wound for the playing group than I’d expected.
But now, in November, that should be in the past now as far as their on-pitch performance goes, I’d have hoped.
Liverpool did win more duels, both on the ground and in the air. Made more tackles than PSV even though they had almost double the passing stats. I think they worked hard enough, but PSV like many teams are playing the counter to Liverpool possession expertly. The stats might give the impression that Liverpool were dominant. 63% possession. 27 shots to 9. 55 to 9 touches in opposition box. But they didn't work hard enough when they didn't have the ball.
All 4 PSV goals were a shambles from a Liverpool point of view. Van Dijk playing volleyball from a corner. Salah letting Mauro Júnior skip past him so he had a heap of time to deliver a through ball. Konate completely missing a simple ball allowing PSV to surge forward. Gakpo lost the ball on the edge of the PSV box. PSV sprinted forward, the Liverpool players jogged.
